In the crossroad Lars Hillesgt./Christiesgt. (old Gallery By The Way), Bergen, 2007

The Bulb concept was initiatet by Sex Tags, as a collaboration between Jonny Høiby, Simen Dyrhaug and the initiators. Executed as three small and short term exhibitions in a closed down window gallery in the city of Bergen. The core of Bulb, the (internal) social situation that the practice of drawing generates (in a collaborative process). Bulb was presented between 6th and 31st of December 2007 at the old Galleri By The Way in Bergen.

Part 1, entitled Tres Maricons, an ongoing collaboration between Jonny Høiby and Sex Tags, showed a collection of drawings, flyers, posters and other collected material, all with a comic-like approach and short written notes and texts commenting on every day philosophy and particular east and west Norwegian.

Part 2 with Simen Dyrhaug and Sex Tags, Good Boys Gone Bad, was a set of drawings by each of the artists merged together as one completion inside the window gallery.

Part 3 and last Bulb execution bare the title End..., only showing the posters for the two previous projects and one final poster that contained an abstract-theaterical dialogue, presented as an open epilogue.
